  • If the product was defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
  • For digital products, refunds will only be issued if the product is found to be faulty or not as described.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and other digital products are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Items on clearance or final sale are also non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

6. Shipping Costs
